We start by discussing our couples’ needs with them in detail: how many guests do you have, what is your venue like, what do you love and hate etc. We insist on this consultation, either via phone, skype or in person, so that we can get to know you and you to know us. There are many aspects of wedding décor that a couple may not have considered so it is important to cover all bases from the start. This conversation helps us to get a sense of our couples’ personalities and vision.
Next, we use this information to create a detailed design brief and quote that we think our couples will love. Further discussions may then lead to small adjustments or additions until they are completely satisfied and excited by what we’ve provided. Along the way, it may also be that we arrange venue visits so that we can consider any logistical aspects and take measurements and photos where needed. Some couples enjoy accompanying us to these so that we can view the venue together.
On the Wedding day, we arrive in the morning to style your venue and begin the transformation! We work tirelessly with our team to ensure that every detail has been set-up and double checked and that your special day will look magnificent. Once all the fun has been had, we return to collect and dismantle everything, thus ensuring that at no point throughout the day have our couple had to worry about any aspect of their décor and floristry.
